This is the fastest way to reach us for anything: account and login problems, questions about a contract or waiver you generated, billing and refunds, or a privacy request. We aim to reply within two business days.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, email us at the address above with the subject line “Data request”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
What to include
It helps us a lot if you mention the email address on your Clauzo account, the title of the document involved, and - for payment questions - the date and amount of the charge. Please do not email passwords or full card details.
One thing we cannot do
